1. Click on Configuration > Steps

Si ce bouton n’apparaît pas, les droits de modification n'ont peut être pas été donné à votre compte utilisateur. Tournez vous vers votre administrateur pour qu'il vous donne les droits nécessaires.

2. To begin, you can reorganize the pipeline by directly moving the stages using the small dots to the left of the name.

You can also create new steps to fit your process.

Les modifications seront visibles pour tous les utilisateurs.

3. To create a new step, after clicking on New, complete the requested fields.

Stage Name: This is how you'll know where the prospect is in the journey. You can translate the stage name to make it easier for your non-French-speaking teams to find their way around.

Is in won stage: Check if when the opportunity reaches this stage then it is considered won. For example, the prospect becomes a customer.

Collapsed in the pipeline: To avoid displaying too much information in the pipeline, you can hide the default display of a step. The step will appear collapsed, for example "Negotiation":
